Here are a few basic rules that, if observed, will help any plus sized man look much better dressed.
Always go for vertical stripes rather than horizontal stripes. Vertical stripes have the effect of drawing the eyes downwards which makes you look much taller and thinner than you really are. This is why pinstripe suits are perfect for plus sized men. Horizontal stripes have the effect of drawing the eyes to the middle and therefore emphasizing the bulge in a most grotesque way.
