1. Show off those legs

Hiking is a great opportunity to show off the legs that your athletic hobbies have given you. Women who are physically active often have beautiful legs, and baring them also allows you to get a nice, luxurious tan. If you’re trying to show off your legs you can either wear loose cotton shorts or even a skort. Skirts aren’t advised for obvious reasons, and jeans shorts are usually pretty uncomfortable to hike in. However, if the trail is particularly difficult and there’s a chance of slipping, some hip-hugging cargo pants may be needed to protect against falls.

2. Wear a t-shirt with a comfortable but supportive bra

Women should never underestimate the beauty of their natural figure. By wearing a t-shirt that shows off their curves, women can look fantastic while also making sure that they’re comfortable by wearing a good bra. A t-shirt and shorts combo will make you look sporty while also showing off your natural looks, and a tank top can show off your arms. Even if you are wearing a backpack full of food, water, and Blade Ops knives, it’s still possible to look sexy hiking up that mountain!

3. Try some cute socks

In hot weather, low-profile socks are great to add length to your legs and give yourself a sleek and sexy appearance. But in cold weather, there’s an alternative. Many girls today are wearing thick, loose, shin-high socks that keep warmth in and look absolutely adorable. These socks can be used along with shorts to keep you warm even in cold weather.

4. Invest in some attractive shoes

Just because shoes are made for hiking doesn’t mean they can’t be cute. There are a lot of cute hiking shoes for women today that also don’t cost all that much. Cute shoes that match your outfit will go a long way towards making you feel your best.

5. Use a pullover to keep warm

If it’s the rainy season, or it seems a little wet, a pullover is a great way to keep the cold out without getting too bulky. Fitted pullovers still show off your figure while keeping you warm, and a fuzzy, furry hood often makes the outfit look even cuter.

Since hiking is an outdoors activity, it is important not to sacrifice your comfort or maneuverability for the sake of fashion, especially if the hike is particularly challenging. There are many ways to appear attractive while exploring nature, so some trade-offs may sometimes need to be made to look your best hiking.

The one place we feel the cold is our hands as the frosty, icy weather sends a shocking tingle through the blood. As it can be awkward holding objects when wearing mittens or thick gloves, it is a good idea to invest in a pair of fingerless gloves that cover the majority of your arm.

Warm coat

A warm coat is probably on everyone’s shopping list for the winter season. You can choose a unique style as there are various styles, shapes, colours and overall fits.  Large collars and oversized cuffs are perfect for blocking out the icy chill.

Hat

If you don’t fancy the ear muffs- woolly hats are always a saviour and you can buy a shape or style that will most definitely suit you.  There are various hats available from cute, chunky knit to Eskimo style fur with ear flaps. A hat can make a personal statement about the wearer, and sends a message of individuality.

Leggings or tights

When the cold weather hits it is time to put the bare skin away and pull out the thick tights or leggings that keep you toasty warm.

Thanks to trusty jeggings, you no longer have to wear stiff heavy denim and feel uncomfortable through the winter months. Don’t struggle to get your jean legs into knee-length boots, opt for the soft jeggings that will slide in easily.

1. Diamond studs. This is hands-down the most useful accessory in any woman’s wardrobe because it can be paired with absolutely anything.  You can wear them to work, when you take your kids to the park, or for any fancy affair such as dinner, the opera, or a coronation (for example).  In short, they are THE perfect accessory (unless, of course, your ears aren’t pierced, in which case clip-ons would be more appropriate).

2. A sensible handbag. You likely have an assortment of totes that range from ginormous, Samsonite-sized shoulder bags to petite little evening clutches that won’t hold much more than lipstick and an I.D. card.  But regardless of what you use to cart your crap hither and yon for particular events or activities, you should have one sensible bag that is durable, stain-resistant, and has enough room for everyday items (a wallet, cellphone, keys, and a small makeup bag) without too much extra space for all the stuff you don’t need.

3. Comfortable black heels. Whether you’re wearing a fashionable business suit, your LBD, or a pair of jeans, you can always find a way to work in a pair of black pumps.  Regardless of your outfit, you will likely want a pair with pointy toes (to elongate the line of the leg) and a moderate heel (around three inches is tall enough to be sexy but short enough to comfortably manage a brisk pace).

4. A cashmere scarf. While many women may feel that this is a seasonal item, a light scarf can be an everyday piece if you get the right one.  A super-soft feather-weight cashmere in a neutral shade can be double looped and worn loose for a fashionable daytime look that works in summer (with a striped tank) or winter (with a V-neck sweater), or tucked under the collar of your coat to hang loose at night.  You can even drape it over your head and toss either end over the opposite shoulder for an elegant, retro look on those rare occasions when you drive with the top down.

5. Stylish shades. Nothing can class up an outfit like the right pair of shades.  Avoid those that speak to a certain era (like the wayfarers of the 80s) or a particular person (most women have a hard time pulling off the Elvis Costello look).  Of course, there are some women’s styles that are iconic and timeless, so if you find a style that brings Audrey Hepburn or Grace Kelly to mind, snap them up.
