At the top of our summer bucket list in Calgary, is hands down, the Calgary GlobalFest! From August 17-26, celebrate the city’s multiculturism with an evening filled with live performances, international food, and of course, their infamous fireworks show! It’s an incredible evening, and we can’t wait to celebrate every moment of it.

Paddle down the River

We all love a summer moment where we can cruise down the river with our besties in tow. Spend a few hours on the river with The Paddle Station, and rent a raft or kayak to indulge in Calgary’s skyline from the water. The best part, they bring the raft or kayak right to you, so there’s no need to lug a raft in your rental car.

Sunflowers at Calgary Farmyard

Take advantage of sunflower blooming season at Calgary Farmyard. Not only do sunflower fields make for a cute photo-op, but they’re also a breathtakingly beautiful sight. Before the end of the summer, be sure to check them out while they’re still in bloom!
